Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all our orders. Paddle handles all payment processing, billing-related customer service inquiries, and global tax compliance.

All purchases made through this website are strictly subject to Paddle's Global Refund Policy. Depending on your region, you may be entitled to statutory withdrawal rights (such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU/UK). Please refer to Paddle’s official terms for full details regarding your regional rights.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and Paddle's discretionary refund policies, you may request a refund within 14 days of your transaction.

Because we afford all users an unrestricted “5-Row Free Preview” to rigorously test system compatibility and file parsing capabilities prior to purchase, we highly encourage you to utilize this feature. If you experience technical failures or calculation inaccuracies, we strongly request that you contact our Technical Support Team (support@usinvoicecalc.com) first before initiating a refund request through Paddle, so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

If a refund is processed (either via statutory rights, Paddle's discretion, or a payment dispute/chargeback), your legal right to use the software terminates immediately.

Upon the execution of any refund or chargeback, your local license key will be permanently and cryptographically revoked. Access to the full features of the product will immediately cease. Any unauthorized chargebacks filed without prior communication may be actively contested by Paddle using your license activation and validation records provided by us.

• Annual License: This tier grants full software access strictly limited to a 1-year window from the moment of purchase. This is a one-time charge and does not auto-renew. Access will automatically terminate at the exact expiration of the 1-year period.
• 7-Day Pass: This tier grants full software access strictly limited to a 168-hour window from the moment of purchase. This is a one-time charge and does not auto-renew. Access will automatically terminate at the exact expiration of the 168-hour period.
